- Responsible for reviewing the submissions from 5-8 external consultants and narrowing it down to 3 for interviews
- Develop the scorecard for down selection and interview process
- Engage Senate Council in the interview process
Timeline:
- Committee charged on 5/21
- Final proposals due 6/5; committee will begin to score proposals after that
- Consensus meeting with committee to determine whom to invite for interviews; mid-June
- Interviews: late June; early July
- Final recommendation to executive sponsors in August
- Hanover selected, work to begin in October
