Team Charge:

  • Responsible for reviewing the submissions from 5-8 external consultants and narrowing it down to 3 for interviews
  • Develop the scorecard for down selection and interview process
  • Engage Senate Council in the interview process

Timeline:

  • Committee charged on 5/21
  • Final proposals due 6/5; committee will begin to score proposals after that
  • Consensus meeting with committee to determine whom to invite for interviews; mid-June
  • Interviews: late June; early July
  • Final recommendation to executive sponsors in August
  • Hanover selected, work to begin in October
